Statutory Accounts

Statutory Accounts are the required reports prepared annually by any limited company that detail any financial actions taken by the business within the prior year. The primary aim of Statutory Accounts is to provide information and updates to your shareholders, HMRC and Companies House.

Statutory Accounts do not need to detail every single financial transaction, but rather a summary of the company’s overall income, expenses, and profit, as well as showing it’s assets and liabilities at the reporting date. We can make sure your Statutory Accounts are prepared correctly, in the correct legal format, so that they are clear and compliant.

Micro Entity Accounts

We can help any business with their accounts, including Micro Entity companies. These are limited companies with any two of the following:

  • A turnover of £632,000 or less
  • Less than (or equal to) £316,000 on the balance sheet
  • 10 employees or fewer

Micro Entity Accounts do not need to be as detailed as for other larger companies, so they allow more privacy of your company finances. We can make sure your company accounts are prepared in the correct way for the size of your business.
